RETURN AND SHIPPING POLICY
Our policy is to ship all orders within 3 business days.
If the ordered item is back ordered Hair Outfiters will notify the customer
with delay and ship as soon as possible when product comes back in to stock.
REFUSED OR RETURNED TO SHIPPER
Any packages refused or returned to us will be subject to a restocking fee of 15% off the invoice for the products ordered.
The shipping and handling cost of the original will not be refunded. The customer will be contacted via email or phone to resolve the reason for
the refused/ returned shipment. If the customer wants the shipment to be resent, than the customer will be responsible to pay for the shipping
cost to Hairoutfitters.
SHIPPING POLICY REGARDING APO/FPO ADDRESSES
Orders placed through HAIROUTFITTERS.COM can be shipped to APO/FPO addresses via United States Postal Service only. Postal regulations regarding size, weight and other restrictions may prevent us from shipping certain items to these types of addresses. Additional restrictions may exist for shipping to APO and FPO addresses. Please contact your local post office to verify item type, size and weight restrictions for the country where the APO/FPO address is located.
No order tracking is available for APO/FPO and our standard estimated shipping times do not apply.
Estimated shipping times and costs
Packages shipped to APO/FPO addresses are initially shipped to the appropriate U.S. military mail hub. From there, the military delivers the packages, which typically takes 10-15 days. Delivery may take longer than 15 days depending on military mail handling procedures. Hairoutfitters is not responsible for any packages after they are delivered to the U.S. military mail hub.
If your order meets our standard guidelines for free shipping, there is no charge for mailing to APO/FPO or U.S. P.O. Box addresses.
Duties and taxes
HAIR OUTFITTERS.COM will complete the necessary customs form for orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses. Since we don't collect any duties or taxes that may be imposed by the country your order is shipping to, the recipient will be responsible for them. Please check with your local customs office to find out what the charges will be. Some countries may also charge an additional handling fee for delivery.

If you're placing an order for shipment to an APO/FPO address, enter "e;APO"e; or "e;FPO"e; in the "e;City"e; field and choose the appropriate military state designation in the dropdown menu for "e;State."e; Then, enter the appropriate ZIP code and follow the steps to finalize your order.
Don't know the correct designation? Here are your options:
- Armed Forces America (except U.S. and Canada)
- Armed Forces Europe (Europe, Middle East, Africa)
- Armed Forces Pacific
DAMAGED/LOST MERCHANDISE
If you receive goods in damaged box(es), verify the extent of the damage with the delivery person and request
immediate inspection for filing claims later by you. If you find concealed damage(s), DO NOTremove contents
but call the carrier for inspection and report. Our experienced staff will assist you, should this situation arise.
In case a shipment is lost in transit, we will replace the goods or credit your account as soon as such loss
can be confirmed by the carrier.
NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT OUR RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
This number must be prominently marked on the top of return box(es).
No cash refund for returned merchandise.
Return Authorization Number may be obtained by email to service@hairoutfitters.com:
(1) Requesting the return within five days of receipt of goods.
(2) Providing a detailed list of item(s) to be returned.
(3) A reasonable cause for return.
Properly returned merchandise will be replaced or its value credited to your account o n l y i f :

(2) Merchandise is in the original package and never brushed or tried on.
(3) Original packing slip and a copy of original invoice are enclosed.
(4) Return freight is pre-paid by you.
Defective products or wrong shipments will be credited or replaced free of any charges; all other returns
will be charged 15% of invoice value, whichever is greater, for refurbishing inventory.
